The Higher Normal School of Mostaganem hosted a special coordination meeting, led by Professor Bashir Bar and Professor Abed Makreloufi, attended by the school principal, his deputies, and a number of school members. This meeting was held in the context of implementing Ministerial Decision 1275, which aims to transform graduation theses into marketable entrepreneurial projects and start-ups, and to establish a culture of entrepreneurship within the university system.

The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to embrace the ideas of students and professors and channel them towards an integrated innovative environment, including the incubator, the accelerator, the Technology and Innovation Support Center (CATI), the FabLab, and the Artificial Intelligence House (MIA). The meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss the mechanisms for activating these interfaces and to set priorities for the 2026 phase, with the aim of making the Higher Normal School a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship at the regional and national levels.
