The Teachers’ Higher College Mostaganem (Algeria) is a public institution of an administrative and educational nature under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It was inaugurated in the 2014/2015 academic year by Executive Decree No. 231/14 dated August 25, 2014. The school has had its own premises since the 2023/2022 academic year, when the Public Works Institute in the Castor Neighborhood was converted into a Higher School for Teachers by Ministerial Decree No. 299 of July 6, 2022, which included the establishment of the structures of the former Public Works Institute ( the Architecture Department of the University of Mostaganem) at the disposal of The Teachers’ Higher College in Mostaganem .
