The Teachers’ Higher College of Mostaganem is an extension of the tradition of higher education in Algeria, with the noble mission of training future teachers to serve the Ministry of National Education. Students from different provinces of the country benefit from a solid and comprehensive education based on three main tracks: primary school teacher, middle school teacher, and high school teacher.
In light of current changes, the school is working to modernize its pedagogical and administrative methods by integrating digitization, hybrid education, and the development of distance learning and artificial intelligence platforms, in line with the standards of quality and efficiency that characterize higher education institutions. The administration also seeks to strengthen governance and improve pedagogical performance through modern mechanisms that keep pace with the demands of the times.
On the other hand, scientific research enjoys a prominent place within the institution, as the school hosts several laboratories and research teams in various fields. This interest reflects a firm conviction that the training of teachers is not limited to the educational aspect, but also includes openness to knowledge and contribution to its development.
The school’s philosophy is based on instilling values linked to national and social constants, as well as establishing professional ethics among its students, preparing them to take on the responsibility of education with a spirit of commitment and awareness.
